His specialties include sauces, soups, fresh seafood, pasta and Italian food. At Tel Aviv Waterfront, the cuisine includes a mix of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean to Italian and some Asian as well. Menu choices include fresh fish, shellfish, pastas, house made ravioli and tortellini, fresh cut steaks, hummus and baba ganoush.
